In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, a financial institution decided to provide single-use pens in all their locations and for drive thru banking. This idea was intended to help stop the spread of germs by encouraging customers and employees to take and keep a pen. By using an imprinted writing instrument, the financial institution would also benefit from increased brand impressions as people continued to use their pens outside their credit unions.
