Jennifer Reissaus, MAS is a certified ADvocate speaker for Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Ms. Reissaus, a promotional Engineer and Principal in the firm Advertising Specialties Alliance in Cranberry Twp Pennsylvania, taught other industry professionals art submission standards for promotional products at a conference and tradeshow in Cranberry Township sponsored by Three Rivers Specialty Advertising Association, a regional affiliate of PPAI.

Ms. Reissaus’ class, Smart@rt, is a required class for those working toward professional certification as promotional consultants. Promotional Products International (PPAI) is the non profit education and trade association for the Promotional Products industry. There are two levels of certification based on class room work and experience. Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) is the first level, less than 5% of practitioners hold this certification. The second level is Master Advertising Specialist (MAS), less than 2% of practitioners hold this certification.

Jennifer Reissaus, MAS is a certified ADvocate speaker for Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), the promotional products industry non profit educational and trade association. Ms. Reissaus, a promotional Engineer and Principal in the firm Advertising Specialties Alliance in Cranberry Twp Pennsylvania, attended a PPAI speakers workshop in Chicago on March 21 – 23.

Ms. Reissaus has provided instruction for artwork design on Promotional Products to industry professionals as well as instruction in developing promotions, given to local business organizations and in business school classes. She attended the workshop in Chicago for the purpose of working with other instructors to develop new programs for presentation to industry professionals.

Pittsburgh, PA, November 5, 2008: The Family Business Roundtable of Pittsburgh honored 250 years of Family Business in the region with a special event held November 5, 2008 at the Senator John Heinz Regional History Center. The event honored the history as well as the future of family businesses and the importance they have on the local and global economy. Award-winning Pittsburgh filmmaker, Rick Sebak and television business reporter Bill Flanagan were featured speakers for the evening. Family businesses that have been in existence for 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100+ years were recognized.

MAS/CAS certification is the only recognized credential in the promotional products industry and signifies that an individual has reached and continues to meet a higher standard of professionalism, knowledge and experience within the industry.
